There is variety of well presented food for breakfast. The units were newly renovated and good sized for a very grubby carpet

The location here is fantastic, the breakfast is top-notch like a 5-star experience, the service is excellent, and there's a great restaurant on-site.

The value for money at this hotel was great, and the room was spacious and comfortable. The location was convenient, with easy access to the metro and plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout my week-long stay.

Breakfast offerings could be improved with a more diverse wine list, especially by the glass.

The room was well-equipped and well-appointed with large beds and central heating, a private safe, and pay TV. The breakfast had lots of outstanding options, and was good. The location was comfy and absolutely perfect - near bars in the French consession and subway.

Great king room with a comfy bed that seemed brand new. Super convenient location in the city area. the best part was definitely the super friendly and helpful staff - they were top-notch! 😊

The hotel had great facilities including a well-equipped GYM and friendly staff who spoke English. Its location in the business centre with easy access to downtown via the nearby metro was convenient. The room I stayed in was clean and a decent size.

I was actually surprised by the spaciousness of the rooms at Hengshan Garden. The large and comfortable bed ensured a good night's sleep, and the tidy bathroom added to the overall cleanliness of the hotel. The variety and presentation of the meals were excellent, and the bar service was great with its friendly staff and great drink selection. The hotel's location, being relatively close to the city center, was a bonus for exploring downtown Shanghai. I highly recommend Hengshan Garden for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

The hotel offered several amenities like meeting rooms, tennis courts, a squash court, and a large exercise area. This was great for sports and fitness enthusiasts, and provided plenty of options for staying active during my xmas break. Additionally, the location was ideal, being just a short drive from the scenic Bund waterfront area. It was convenient to explore this popular tourist spot and take in the beautiful views.

There were a few aspects that I did not enjoy during my stay. the check-in process was a bit of a hassle as there were misunderstandings about the payment and deposit requirements.

We recently had an amazing stay at a 5-star hotel in Shanghai. the hotel offered luxurious amenities, including an indoor swimming pool, sauna, and a spa & wellness centre. the garden area was perfect for relaxation, and the room was tastefully furnished with exclusive advantages such as a private balcony and a snack bar. the service was top-notch with friendly staff always ready to help out. the only minor issue was that the restaurant lacked a bit of variety in their menu, but the bar/lounge area more than made up for it with their extensive beverage selection. this hotel exceeded our expectations and provided a memorable experience. We highly recommend it for anyone looking for a luxurious getaway in Shanghai.
